Day 1: Arrival in Ulaanbaatar (D/4*Hotel)

Welcome to Ulaanbaatar, a capital city of Mongolia. When you arrive at Chinggis Khaan International Airport using international flights, you will meet a guide and a driver to guide you on your trip to Mongolia, and go downtown Ulaanbaatar, a romantic city where past and present coexist. There is a dinner and a 4-star hotel for travelers. You will check in hotel and rest.

Day 2: Ulaanbaatar –Shireet soum (Uvurkhangai province) (BLD/ Tourist Ger camp)

(Distance: About 420km, Time: About 6-7 hours)

After early breakfast, drive to Arvaikheer soum of Uvurkhangai province. You will have lunch on the way. After lunch head to Shireet soum. Stay at eco ger camp and prepare for horse trekking tour.

Day 3: Shireet lake-Khuis lake (Khaliut, Bugat and Khaya lakes) (BLD/ Tourist Ger camp)

(Distance: About 25 km, Time: About 4-5 hours ride)

After breakfast, choose your horse and start horse trekking tour. (Time required: About 2 hours). Explore around 8 lakes National Park is known for its high mountains, large forests, and unique landscapes.

Depending on the local situation, the road is not good and you may choose to take the detour or take longer than usual on the road. Go to your accommodation for diner and rest after trekking.

Day 4: Khuis lake-Buurug valley-Orkhon waterfall (Ulaan tsutgalan) (BLD/ Tourist Ger camp)

(Distance: About 200km, Time: About 3 hours)

After breakfast, go to Orkhon waterfall which is the valley is ahead, while picturesque lakes lie behind. Riding a horse across this breathtaking landscape is an experience you won't soon forget. During your tour to the horse breeder's home, you will get the opportunity to sample Airag, a fermented mare's milk drink that is popular among nomads. After dinner, you will rest in your tent. 

Day 5: Ulaan tsutgalan waterfall free and easy day (BLD/ Tourist Ger camp) 

This day is the last day of horse trekking tour and so it will be the last chance to ride horse. You can run by valley and field. While hiking beside the steep canyon, take in the view of the waterfall next to the Orkhon river. After dinner, rest at ger camp and prepare for the next day tour.

Day 6: Ulaan tsutgalan-Elsen tasarkhai (Small sand dune) (BLD/ Tourist Ger camp) 

(Distance: About 180km, Time: About 4 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Elsen tasarkhai which is sand dune of central Mongolia. Arrive at camp and experience desert activities after lunch. You can see a large dune area without going to Umnu Gobi, far away Elsen Tasarhai, it is a place where locals and travelers can enjoy a desert experience. The sandy desert stretches for about 70km and uniquely boasts a unique landscape mixed with grasslands, streamlets and desert terrain. Around the desert are many nomadic people who raise camels, goats and sheep, depending on the season, you can enjoy Edelweiss at every turn.

Day 7: Elsen tasarkhai – Ulaanbaatar (BLD/ 4*Hotel)

(Distance: About 280km, Time: About 4-5 hours)

Return to Ulaanbaatar after an early breakfast. Ulaanbaatar City Tour (Time required: About 4 hours). Ulaanbaatar is the capital of Mongolia, which means 'Red Hero'. The city center of Ulaanbaatar is not very wide and walking trips are possible. There is major art space such as Mongolia National Museum of Contemporary Art, UMA Gallery, state museum, state department store, and post office focusing on Genghis Khan Square.
